Day 4 PM

I love St Augustine in the evening. There is something about the soft breezes, soft lighting, wonderful old buildings, and the San Sebastian Winery!! Whoohoo
Throw in some really great friends, new and old, and a drunken lizard and how can you go wrong.
Meet Marshall, the manager of The Cellar  Upstairs
Featuring great food, lve music and terrific Sangria

Connie and Jeff, an old friend and a new.
Aren't they cute?

Add Allson and Michael, the movers
and shakers in town. And our friends from the 1st day in St Augustine.

Bruce and baby sister Maria. Ya just never know who
you will run into in St Augustine.
And then they brought out the Sangria!

Things got progrssivly wilder as the evening went on, I don't know how Wanda ended up in the unbrella

but nobody was encouraging her to come back down, at last she was fairly safe up there.
unlike when she decided to go for a stroll on the parapet around the top of the 3 storey winery.

It really is a long way down.

After the winery we dropped by Anne O'Malleys Pub. One of our favorites when we were staying here in the can-do-minium. Then off to  one of the new places in town, Mojo's BBQ.
If you get a chance to go, try the Burnt Tips. The ends of the brisket roasts cut into cubes and served with a variety of sauces in little bite sized chunks. Perfet for us carnivores who enjoy finger food.

And so ends day 4. Hard to believe we are leaving here tomorrow. St Augustine has been every bit as grat as we remembered, and we don't remember a lot. But this lace is just that memorabel.

And tomorrow night we will really have a
Lizard on A Train!
